As an introductory Offer, Ads for selling your car on carbaaz.com is free of cost. Below listed policy is only applicable to paid services.

The Sell Your Car service on CarBaaz.com offers great value through free of cost or favorable listing fees for wide exposure for your vehicle and effective enhancements to improve the chances of a buyer noticing your Ad. CarBaaz.com therefore cannot generally offer refunds on paid listing fees.

 

CarBaaz.com adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:

 

1. CarBaaz.com will not provide any refund, for any reason, if CarBaaz.com receives the request for refund more than 72 hours after an Ad has been ordered. If you contact us after 72 hours, we will correct any mistakes we have made in the Ad, but cannot offer a refund.

 

2. If you call within 72 hours of ordering an Ad, CarBaaz.com will provide a refund only for the following reasons:

 

(i) Your Ad has not been posted and you wish to cancel the Ad (but you must first allow 24 hours for photos and up to 48 hours for multiple photos to post); or

 

(ii) You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate Ads through CarBaaz.com and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s) only. We cannot, however, provide a refund on the original Ad. If you listed your vehicle through any other source (such as a newspaper or other publication) and obtained an Ad on CarBaaz.com through that source, that Ad on CarBaaz.com is not a "duplicate" of any paid CarBaaz.com Ad that you may also have ordered, and you are not entitled to cancel and obtain a refund on the paid CarBaaz.com Ad.

 

3. CarBaaz.com cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if you call within 72 hours of ordering an Ad. For example, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Ad, or its content or enhancements, or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Ad, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through CarBaaz.com, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. We also cannot provide a refund if CarBaaz.com has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the Ad. In any case where CarBaaz.com has made such mistakes, we will of course make appropriate corrections to the Ad.

 

4. If you made mistakes in submitting an Ad directly with CarBaaz.com, we will make corrections to the Ad. There will be no charge for these corrections, unless you wish to order additional enhancements, in which cases there may be an additional charge. If you wish to change to a less expensive Ad, however, CarBaaz.com cannot provide any refund. Please note, however, that if your Ad on CarBaaz.com was purchased through some other listing service (such as a local newspaper or other publication), we do not have the authority to make any changes to your Ad.
