How many cars can I save? |
You can save unlimited
cars to your CarBaaz account. From My Account, you can sort, rename,
compare and delete your saved cars. Plus, you can go directly to the
car details page. |

For starters, you'll have to
create a new search by selecting the criteria you want most in a car.
Click Quick Search or Power Search and view the results. If you like
what you get, click "Save Search Criteria" at the top of the
page. Next, name your search criteria for easy organizing. |

Do you have any tips on naming
a saved car or search? |
The most important tip
is to choose a name that's descriptive. For example, saving several cars
with the same or similar year, make and model may not be distinctive
enough. Try taking note of a special feature of a car or search you're
saving.
Also, cut out small words like "and" and "with." Keep
in mind that although we allow 50 characters, some special features such
as dropdown lists require that we truncate the names. So use the space
wisely!

Can I rename a
saved car or search? |
Yes, you're allowed to change
your mind! Visit My Account and find the item you want to rename. Click
the "Rename" link
directly under the saved name.

How do I delete a car or search from my saved list? |
Visit My Account and find the
item you want to remove. Click the "Delete" link in the saved name column. We'll ask if
you're sure you want to delete that item. Click "Delete" to continue.

What does it mean when a saved car becomes an inactive
listing? |
The actual listing is no longer posted on CarBaaz.com,
which happens for many reasons:
• The seller sold the car.
• The car was traded to another dealership.
• The listing subscription on the car ended.
• The seller decided not to sell the car.
However, if you really like this car, we suggest you wait a couple of days
before deleting it to see if the listing is renewed. You can always search
our listings for similar cars.

How often are ads updated? |
We update our inventory about every 20 minutes. If
you made changes to your ad, it won't take very long
to see your current ad online. Also, you can be sure our ads are current
-- sellers must renew their ad on a monthly basis. |

What is the advertised price range? |
It's a quick way to find out the range of listed
prices in the Search Results. Look for the average, lowest and highest
advertised price ranges displayed at the bottom of every page. To calculate,
we use the given year, make and model combination for all listings that
match your search.

Do I have an obligation to purchase a car if I email
the seller? |
Absolutely not! Email is simply a quick and fairly
anonymous way to talk to the seller. Feel free to ask questions. It creates
no obligation of any kind.

Does CarBaaz.com play a part in the sales process? |
CarBaaz.com is a vehicle listing service that connects
car buyers with sellers. We don't get involved in transactions between
buyers and sellers. All discussions, negotiations and agreements are strictly
between the buyer and seller.
We strongly recommend that you read our fraud awareness tips before you
buy or sell your car.

Who sets car pricing on CarBaaz.com? |
The seller sets the asking price. It is generally
accepted that prices are negotiable.

What if I haven't heard back from a seller? |
We bring buyers and sellers together, but we can't
guarantee either party's response. We suggest following up an unanswered
email with a phone call. In any event, we do not get involved in buyer-seller
communications.

How do I find a dealer near me? |
We know thousands of car dealers and can provide
a list of dealers nearest you. Visit Find a Dealer for more information.

there, you can review our ad packages and select the ad you want. There
are four quick steps in placing an ad with us:

What if I don't have a digital camera? |
That's okay. Just take your traditional film to your
local photo-processing lab and request a photo CD. Or, you can turn prints

I just set up an ad. Why doesn't the photo I uploaded
display? |
Typically, your ad goes live in just a few hours
after you place your ad. However, sometimes your uploaded photos may not
appear until the next business day. Also, we reserve the right to reject
any inappropriate photos uploaded.

How do I edit, renew or remove my ad? |
Once you place an ad with us, you'll receive a confirmation
email with an edit link and your Ad ID. Click the link and use your Ad
ID to log in. Follow the instructions to update or remove your ad.

I've never taken out an auto loan before. Where do
I start? |
First, determine how much you can realistically afford
to borrow and calculate your monthly payments. Use our loan calculator.
You'll want to consider these questions:
